1. Processing & Dispatch Times

At Wesplit, we strive to deliver your modern fashion orders as quickly as possible. All orders are processed, checked for quality, and dispatched from our warehouse in Bengaluru within **1 to 2 business days** (excluding Sundays and national holidays).

You will receive an automated email and SMS notification containing the tracking link as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

2. Shipping Charges Across India

We believe in simple, transparent pricing. Here is our shipping fee structure:

4. Delivery Partners

We partner with leading courier service providers in India to guarantee secure and reliable handling of your orders. These include **Delhivery, Blue Dart, Xpressbees, and Shadowfax**.

5. Tracking Your Shipment

As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, a unique tracking number is generated. You can track your package in two ways:

  1. Click the tracking link in the shipping confirmation email/SMS.
  2. Go to **My Orders** in your Wesplit Account, click on "Track Order" next to the relevant purchase.

6. Non-Delivery & RTO

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to **3 times** at your address. If the delivery fails due to incorrect contact details, address, or customer refusal, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse (RTO). In this case, our support team will contact you to verify details and process a reshipment or refund.
