Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Window
We want you to love your Wesplit purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange window. The eligibility period depends on the product category:
- **Apparel (Shirts, Tops, Pants, Dresses, Jackets):** 10-day return window from the delivery date.
- **Footwear (Sneakers, Heels, Boots):** 7-day return window from the delivery date.
- **Accessories:** 3-day return window (only eligible if damaged upon receipt).
The specific return window is shown on each product's page and in your checkout details.
2. Return Conditions
To qualify for a full refund or exchange, items must meet the following strict criteria:
Tags Attached
Original brand labels and price tags must be intact.
Unwashed
Clothing must not have been washed or treated in any way.
Unworn
Items must show no signs of wear, stains, or perfume scents.
Packaging
Shoes and accessories must be in original boxes.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene standards and clearance sales, the following items are **final sale** and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Innerwear, lingerie, swimwear, and socks.
- Cosmetics, fragrances, and personal care products.
- Customized or personalized items.
- Products purchased during special "Final Clearance" or "End of Season Sale" events (these will be clearly marked as non-returnable on the checkout page).
4. Return Process
Initiating a return is simple. Follow these steps:
- Go to the **Returns & Refunds** page under your Account Panel: My Returns.
- Select the delivered order and item you want to return.
- Choose your return reason and fill in any additional details, then submit.
- Once our team reviews and approves your request (typically within 48 hours), we will schedule a reverse pickup at no additional cost.
5. Refund Timelines & Methods
Once your returned item arrives at our warehouse and undergoes a quality check, we will issue a refund within **2 business days**.
- **Prepaid Orders (Cards, Net Banking, UPI):** Refund will be processed back to the original source account. It may take 3 to 7 business days to reflect in your statement depending on your bank.
- **Cash on Delivery (COD) / Manual Payment Orders:** We will contact you to collect bank account details or UPI IDs to transfer the refund amount directly.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective product, damaged packaging, or the incorrect size/color, please notify us within **48 hours of delivery**. Go to the Contact Us page, select "Defective Product received" as the subject, and upload details so we can fast-track a replacement or full refund.
