Placing an order is simple. Browse our categories, select your size/variant on the product page, and click "Add to Bag". Once you have finished shopping, click on the shopping cart icon and select "Checkout". Follow the instructions to enter your delivery address and make a payment.
Yes, you can cancel your order directly from your account page under "My Orders" as long as the status is still "Pending". Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled. In that case, you will have to wait for the order to arrive and request a return.
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, UPI payments, net banking, and popular mobile wallets. Payments are processed securely via our trusted payment gateway, Razorpay.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping timelines depend on your location across India:
- Metro cities: 3-5 business days
- Other cities and towns: 5-7 business days
- Remote locations: 7-10 business days
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over ₹999 across India. For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 will be applied at checkout.
We offer a stress-free return policy. You can request a return for eligible items within the product's specified return window (typically 7 to 15 days) from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
To initiate a return, log into your account, go to "Returns & Refunds" under your Profile menu, select the order and product you wish to return, choose a reason, and submit the request. Our support team will process it within 2-3 business days.
